The 80/20 Rule Doesn’t Work f...

I am an enormous fan of the 80/20 rule for work, family initiatives, and even cleansing…

…nevertheless it does NOT work for parenting.

This New 12 months’s, I requested myself, “What would make the largest distinction for myself and the children?”

I knew the reply straight away: no extra back-talk.  They’d want to make use of the abilities I’ve taught them (tips on how to do what I say cheerfully or disagree in an acceptable manner).
